On Sunday Feb. 23 at 8:00 PM, we will host an informal gathering at the Regency Club to welcome all sponsors and speakers, thank you for your support and answer any questions you might have. There will be light hors d’oeuvres and an open bar. Casual attire is welcomed.

Please submit your artwork using the specifications and guidelines below. If you have any questions, please email us.
Formats Accepted: AI, PDF, INDD, PSD, PSB, TIF
- PREFERRED: Native applications files such as Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign should include all linked files and fonts used in the layout or text should be outlined.
- Accepted: PDF files are also accepted but need to include crop marks and bleed. Please do not flatten the artwork when exporting PDF files.

Shipments to #B2BMX
All shipments must be arranged through GES using the shipping instructions link below. No Direct Shipments will be accepted at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale.
Shipments must arrive on or between business days:
