Chip Day, is a 28 year hospitality sales professional, serves as Director, Global Accounts for ConferenceDirect and is based in Phoenix, AZ. He began his career as the Sales Manager/Director for Holiday Valley, a Ski/Golf/Conference Resort located in Ellicottville, NY. He stayed at Holiday Valley for 12 years and was an integral part of the emergence of Holiday Valley as a renowned conference destination in Western NY.

Chip successfully led sales teams as the Director of Sales for Killington Resort (Killington, VT), then VP of Brand Management for Peek n’ Peak Resort (Findley Lake, NY) and then Director of Sales and Marketing for Seaside (Seaside, FL). At all three resorts he increased ROI for the owners and developed and executed cutting edge social media strategies. Chip moved to Phoenix as the Director of Sales for the Ritz-Carlton, Phoenix, and then the Director of Sales for the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel prior to joining ConferenceDirect.

Chip holds a BA from St. Lawrence University and a Masters Certificate in Hospitality from Cornell. Chip has worked at resorts, urban and convention properties. He and his teams have always met or exceeded all sales goals, regardless of how challenging.

Chip is an avid golfer, tennis player, and skier.
