The B2BMX All-Access Pass is the most comprehensive registration option available. All-Access Pass holders receive:
- Admission to all keynotes, general sessions, breakout sessions and workshops

- Daily Breakfast & Lunch to fuel your day and spark meaningful conversations.
Please Note: The All-Access Pass doesn’t include travel, hotel accommodations or third-party sponsored events hosted off-site. A limited number of hotel room blocks at preferred rates are reserved for registered attendees; details are provided after registration is confirmed.

- Sponsor registration is available for all contracted sponsors. Please check your email for your official Welcome Email from our registration partner, Cvent. This email provides you with information on how to register your staff. For assistance, please reach out to [email protected].
Press
- Determine if you qualify for a press or media pass by registering at the link below pending approval by our team.
- Press pass holders agree to produce at least one piece of editorial coverage about B2BMX within 30 days of the event. Press passes don’t include access to exhibitor hospitality suites or sponsor-hosted private events
ARE GROUP DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE?
Groups of 3-10 attendees from the same organization qualify for the B2BMX Team Pass rate. All team members must register in a single transaction to receive the group discount; retroactive group pricing isn’t applied to individual registrations already submitted.
To register all team members at once, complete the first attendee registration, and before checkout, select the ‘INVITE OTHERS’ button to begin the next registration.
Organizations sending 10 or more attendees should contact the B2BMX registration team directly to discuss custom group pricing and dedicated on-site coordination support.

Terms and Conditions
- Attendee grants Emerald the right to use Attendee’s name, image, and likeness, including but not limited to any photographs or video taken of you at the show, for marketing purposes.
- ATTENTION: Exhibitors and Sponsors at B2BMX may utilize badge scanning in order to follow up with you after the show. Please be aware that by permitting an exhibitor/sponsor to scan your badge, your contact information including address, email, phone & fax will be shared with the exhibitor/sponsor, and B2BMX will no longer be in control of how your information is used. - Emerald reserves the right to accept, reject or prohibit registration for or attendance at its events at any time for any reason.
- Attendee expressly assumes, and releases Emerald and any affiliates from, all risks, claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses, whether or not reasonably foreseeable, associated with, resulting from or arising in connection with Attendee’s participation, presence or sampling of any products at the event, including, without limitation, all risks of harm, damage, illness (including viruses or illness from any communicable disease or from any sampled products) or injury (including death) to or related to Attendee and his or her person or property.
- Attendee expressly agrees to fully comply with applicable CDC, state and local health official guidelines relating to all current health and safety measures and protocols (including those related to COVID, if any) required by Emerald and the venue for attendance at B2BMX. Emerald reserves the right to remove any attendee from the event for failure to adhere to any such health and safety measures or other protocols for attendance at the event.
- By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to the Emerald Privacy Policy. B2BMX is an affiliated brand of Emerald X LLC. Emerald and our affiliates would like to keep you informed about related events and services. Information on Emerald’s privacy practices is provided in our privacy policy. We may also share your information with our sponsors, exhibitors and event partners, who may also send you information about their products and services. If you do not wish to receive such information, please visit our website for more information on your privacy choices.
- Any and all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. This includes all tickets and passes of any kind, without exception. Promo codes are not valid for prior purchases.

CAN I TRANSFER MY PASS?
Yes. B2BMX registrations are transferable to another individual at any time before the event at no additional charge.
To transfer a registration, the original registrant must submit a written transfer request to the B2BMX registration team that includes the original registrant’s full name and order number, plus the replacement attendee’s full name, job title, company and email address.
Transfers aren’t permitted after the event has begun. If the replacement attendee qualifies for a different pass type (for example, a practitioner pass), the pass type and any pricing difference will be assessed at the time of transfer.
WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED DRESS CODE?
B2BMX follows a business casual dress code for all conference sessions, keynotes and the Marketplace floor. Attendees are encouraged to dress comfortably while maintaining a professional appearance appropriate for peer networking and executive-level meetings.
For evening networking events and receptions, smart casual attire is recommended. Avoid overly formal attire (black-tie dress is not required) and overly casual attire (athletic wear and beachwear are not appropriate). Carlsbad, CA, in March typically sees mild daytime temperatures; layering is recommended for air-conditioned session rooms.
