While it may feel like we just got off the plane from Alpharetta, Georgia after a successful and fun-filled B2B Marketing Exchange East event, it’s time to talk B2BMX West! The team and I have been busy planning our flagship event in Scottsdale, Arizona, taking place at The Phoenician Resort February 24-26, and we’re wasting no time!
The agenda overview is already up on the site and registration is live, so I’m here to give you a sneak peek into what’s in store for Scottsdale. And if you’ve attended B2BMX West in the past, here’s your refresher of the event, plus never-before-seen sessions to expect!
This year’s theme is “Building Bridges, Breaking Barriers” — an event where we’ll construct connections and deconstruct outdated strategies to create something truly innovative. Just like a strong blueprint makes all the difference in architecture, the right insights and strategies are foundational to marketing success, and that’s exactly what you’ll find at #B2BMX West. The agenda is packed with interactive workshops, deep-dive sessions and keynotes from industry trailblazers. Plus, a favorite from our #B2BMX East conference will return: Workshops will take place on Monday AND Wednesday, and attendees with an All–Access Pass can attend two workshops of their choice!
Our 5 Targeted Tracks Are Back
On Tuesday and Wednesday, the agenda will be broken up into our five popular tracks. Here’s a glimpse of each track and how they can help you master your marketing game plan:

Each track is a building block designed to support your journey to becoming a top-tier marketer.
Keynotes Featuring B2B Marketing Superstars!
You might get a little starstruck at B2BMX West this year, as we’re excited to have marketing legends such as Neil Patel (yes, he’s coming back after a stellar talk in Alpharetta!), Roderick Jefferson, Forrester’s Phyllis Davidson and B2BMX first-timer Morgan Ingram on the hook to deliver some stellar keynotes for you in Scottsdale. While I can’t reveal their sessions just yet, I can share that Roderick Jefferson will present our popular Campfire keynote on Monday.
OK fine, here’s a glimpse into that session:
“Leveraging AI: The Building Blocks Of Productivity & Increased Revenue”
Roderick will share the importance of leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and available data without relying on it as a crutch. He’ll share shares timely concepts and relevant takeaways to help the audience:
- Scale stronger leadership by balancing empathy, humanity and data-driven insights;
- Make better decisions using AI to inform but not dictate choices;
- Integrate enhanced context through human interpretation of AI-generated data;
- Accelerate innovation by combining AI capabilities with human creativity; and
- Improve engagement with a focus on authentic, human-centered interactions.
And while I’m spilling the tea, here are some confirmed session titles hitting the agenda very soon:
- Demystifying The Video Process: How To Make Quick & Captivating Video Content (Jeanne Kirby, Inviso Marketing)
- Stop Telling Stories: Have Brand Conversations That Convert (Kate DiLeo, The Brand Trifecta)
- Unlocking Explosive Growth: The Power Of Human Connection & Giving A Damn (Meredith Dennis, Compression Marketing)
Your Refresher On The Content Formats At B2BMX
When the agenda officially goes live, you’ll notice various types of sessions taking place. So, I want to take this opportunity to define what each one means so you can best plan your time at the event.
Case Studies (Monday, February 24): We can’t put this show on without our amazing sponsors, most of which will be bringing their clients to Scottsdale to share their success stories with the respective solutions during a few time slots of Case Study presentations.
Labs (Monday, February 24): These are like case studies, but the practitioners from our sponsor companies will talk about how they “drink their own champagne” and find success using their own solutions.
Campfire (Monday, February 24): A favorite for all pass holders, we describe a Campfire session as a keynote/workshop hybrid. You can expect a fun, interactive talk that will set the stage for the rest of the event.
Breakouts (Tuesday, February 25-Wednesday, February 26): Speakers in our breakout tracks (all listed above) will present on a specific topic through prescriptive, how-to or “future of…” focused content that aligns with the session’s associated track.
Lunch & Learns (Tuesday, February 25-Wednesday, February 26): Practitioners from sponsor companies will take the stage to speak on highly relevant B2B topics and sharing prescriptive recommendations on how to address realities around those topics. These sessions happen during lunch, so you can grab your meal and learn while you eat.
This Is Just The Tip Of The Iceberg
There is so much more in store for B2BMX West! Our invite-only CMO Exchange roundtable will be back, as well as our Mentors and B2BMXperts programs. We’ll have plenty of networking opportunities throughout the event via receptions, breaks and sponsor dinners. There will be fabulous food, plenty of cocktails, lots of coffee and a whole lotta fun activations.
I can’t wait to get back to Scottsdale and I really hope to see you there! Register now before prices go up! And don’t forget to submit a nomination for our Killer Content Awards, too!
