Dan has more than 20 years of marketing, demand and brand management experience with companies in a variety of consumer and B2B industries, including Iomega Zip, FamilySearch and Mrs. Fields Famous Brands. He currently heads up all marketing channels for employee recognition and culture solutions leader, O.C. Tanner. Dan is responsible for leading the strategic planning, development and execution of global marketing, demand gen and communications with a focus on growing marketing influence on sales pipeline and revenue. Most recently he and his team have built out new ABM and Field Marketing functions to support growth objectives.
