Matt Hensler drives development of the marketing and innovation infrastructure for HomeSmart International and affiliated businesses. He develops and guides strategies that elevate HomeSmart’s national brand and technology position within the industry, while driving key performance metrics for franchise sales, agent recruitment and retention. Matt’s extensive background in all aspects of marketing and customer experience has helped organizations balance their brand and business strategies for close to 20 years. He has spent more than 12 years in marketing agencies supporting clients that range from start-ups, to global brands like GE Healthcare, Cisco, LifeLock, The Toro Company and more. In 2014, he joined a marketing technology start-up as its vice president of customer success and partnerships and helped grow the company from scratch through two successful funding rounds. Matt has been involved with the Business Marketing Association nationally, and served as president of the Phoenix Chapter Board. A Wisconsin native, he attended Marquette University where he met his wife, with whom he has three children, a dog and two very resilient fish.
